Tunnel of Fudge Cake

1 3/4 cups butter
1 3/4 cups sugar
6 eggs
1 tsp. Sweet Vanilla Powder (#1534)
2 1/2 cups flour
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup Ghirardelli® Dutch Process Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (#1185)
2 cups AP Pecan Halves, Raw (#3972), chopped

Preheat oven to 350ยบ. Butter and flour a bundt or tube pan. Cream butter and sugar in a bowl. Add eggs individually, beating well after each. Add vanilla powder, then powdered sugar. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and add to sugar mixture. Pour into pan and bake 50 minutes. Cool slightly and serve warm with ice cream.
