1 Pork Roast
1 can diced green chillis
1-2 cans med-hot red enchilada sauce, depending on how much pork you use.
1 can coke
1 cup brown sugar (add more for more sweetness)
Salt to taste
Place pork in crock pot with garlic and a little water. Cook on low for 7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until you can pull pork apart. Once pork is done, pull it apart. Dump the juices out of the crock pot.
Mix pork with remaining ingredients and cook in crock pot on high until heated through.
