Quiche

This recipe comes from catalog #3, pg 8


1 unbaked pie shell
4 oz. each of cheese and browned meat
mushrooms to your taste
¼ tsp dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste
4 eggs beaten with about 3/4 c evaporated milk
2 cups Yukon Gold Shredded Hash browns (#2418)

Put everything but eggs in pie shell. Pour eggs over the mixture and add more cheese on top if desired. Bake at 350°F until center tests clean and edges of crust looks well done. This can also be made with no crust in a sprayed pan; bake at 400°F until center tests clean.
