Carrot Cake

I love any way that I can get a few vegetables into my children. Ok so cake isn't the healthiest way to to that but it is yummy.

Carrot Cake Ingredients

2 cups Flour (1 cup white and 1 cup wheat)
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. soda
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
2 cups carrots (grated)

Instructions

Mix dry ingredients, then add in the wet ingredients. Mix well.  Bake in a 9x13 inch greased and floured cake pan at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Top with cream cheese frosting.
