Hummus


2 Teaspoons minced fresh garlic
1 Can Garbanzo Beans, drained
4 Teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Teaspoons Lemon Juice
1/2 Teaspoon Salt

In a food process puree garlic, beans, olive oil, lemon juice and salt to desired consistency.

Serve with pita bread or fresh vegetables.
