1 lb. bowtie pasta, cooked
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 red onion, chopped
1/2 cup sunflower seeds, roasted
1 head broccoli, cut up
1 head cauliflower, cup up
Dressing:
4 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 to 2 cups mayonnaise
Combine first 6 ingredients into a medium bowl. In a separate bowl combine dressing ingredients. Toss dressing with salad. Refrigerate.
Sunflower seeds sound great in this recipe :-)
