Malted Wheat Flakes Granola


1 ½ cups Chopped Walnuts (#7442)
1 2/3 cups Old Fashioned Oats (#1881)
1 cup Sunflower Seeds (#7444)
¼ cup Sesame Seeds (#4508)
1 ⅓ cups Golden Flax Seeds (#1117)
1 ¼ cups Pumpkin Seeds (#0000)
⅓ cup Flaked Coconut (#4662)
Mix together. Spread on two parchment-lined quarter sheet pans.** Bake at 350° F for 10 minutes.

1 2/3 cups Malted Wheat Flakes (#7555)
1-1½ cups Dried Cranberries (#5839)
1-1½ cups Raisins (#1137)
¾ cup Brown Sugar
2/3 cup Corn Syrup (#1862) or ⅓ cup Xagave (#5014)
½ cup Browning’s Honey (#5843)
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 ¼ tsp. Salt
1 ¾ Tsp. Baking Soda

Mix together and combine with toasted ingredients. Mix well. Spread on three parchment-lined and sprayed quarter sheet pans.** Bake 350° F for 10 minutes. Cool and remove in chunks. Store in plastic bags. ** Use a full-sized sheet of Parchment (#1153) on Quarter Sized Sheet Pans (for easy lift out of items)
Yield: 12 cups
