Beef Stew

This recipe comes from Alison's Pantry.

2 lb. ground beef or stew meat, cooked and well drained (I like to rinse my ground beef off under hot water)
6 cups water
2 medium onions, chopped
1/3 cup plus 2 Tbsp. AP Savory Stew Seasoning (#1540)
4 medium to large potatoes, peeled and chopped
2 cups ready to eat carrots cut in thirds
3-4 ribs of celery, chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste

Add all ingredients to meat. Allow to cook until vegetables are tender/crisp. Thicken with equal parts cornstarch and water, approx. 5 Tbsp. Can use flour and water instead of cornstarch.
