1 pkg. Oreo Cookies, finely ground
1 cup peppermint candies, finely crushed
1 cup pecans, chopped, optional
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 pint whipping cream
Line a 9x13 pan with half of the ground cookies. You can add a little butter to the oreos to help them stick together. Whip the cream until it forms soft peaks. Do not over beat. Add crushed candy, nuts, and marshmallows. Pour over cookie crumbs, then top with remaining crumbs. Freeze or refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Variation: Substitute 3 cups graham crackers for the Oreo Cookies.
