Salsa

1 Can diced tomatoes with green chili's
1 can whole tomatoes with juice
1 tbsp Jalapenos
¼ cup onion
1 glove garlic or 1 tsp Garlic supreme
3/4 tsp cumin
½ half bunch of fresh Cilantro (optional)
1 tsp. Montreal Steak Seasoning (optional)
1/4 - 1/2 tsp sugar or honey (optional)

The sugar will just give it an additional sweet taste.  I it put in sometimes and leave it out others. The great thing about this recipe is that it is easy and by leaving out a few ingredients, like the cilantro, you can change the flavor.

Place all ingredients into blender, blend to desired consistency.  I usually add everything but the diced tomatoes in, then I blend and add the diced tomatoes in last so that the salsa is a little bit chunky.
