Creamy Tortellini

1 16oz package refrigerated cheese tortellini
4 oz (1/2 cup) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
1/2 - 1 tsp Garlic Supreme (#2592)
1/2 cup milk
1 8 oz package ham, cut into strips
2 cups frozen peas
1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese

1. Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
2. Meanwhile, cook cream cheese and milk in large skillet 3 to 5 min. or until cream cheese is melted and sauce is well blended, stirring constantly. Add ham and peas; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until heated through.
3. Drain pasta. Add to sauce; mix lightly. Top with cheese.
