Parmesan Chicken

This recipe was super good and fairly easy to make.

Parmesan Chicken


2 lbs Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 Tbs Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp. Garlic Supreme (AP #2592)
1/2 tsp. Oregano (AP #1445)
1/2 tsp. Pepper (AP #1029)
1/2 Cup Milk
1 (10.75) oz can Cream of Chicken Soup


Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan, and spices. Mix well.
Roll chicken in mixture to coat.  Arrange chicken in a 2 quart shallow baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 400. Turn chicken over and bake for 20 more minutes.
Blend 1 can of cream of chicken and milk and pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with paprika and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes more or until done.
Serves 4
