Crockpot Italian Chicken

I love throwing dinner in the crockpot and having a meal ready that evening, especially on a busy day.  This recipe is such a time saver and it is tasty also. 


3 or 4 Chicken Breasts (#5513)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1  8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. Italian dressing mix


In slow cooker, empty can of cream of chicken soup. Mix in softened cream cheese and seasoning.  Place chicken on top of mixture. Cook 4 to 5 hours on high or 6 hours on low. When time is up, remove chicken from cooker and cut into bite size pieces. Whip cream cheese and soup with wire whisk to make a smooth sauce. Return chicken to cooker. Serve over rice or noodles.*

* I like to serve this dish over Heartland Whole Wheat Rotini
