My kids love this recipe. We would have these every night of the week if they had their way. My two year old often requests meatballs for breakfast.
1 - 1 1/2 pounds of hamburger
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 package dry stove top stuffing
Sauce:
1 cup grape jelly
1 small bottle (about 2 cups) ketchup or chilli sauce
Mix hamburger, eggs, milk and stuffing together, form into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Cook at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until insides are no longer pink.
In a large pot combine jelly and ketchup, heat through. When meatballs are cooked, gently stir them into the sauce.
