This recipe comes from Alison's Pantry
1 cup white rice, uncooked
1 cup sugar
9 1/2 cups milk
3 eggs
1 tsp. AP Sweet Vanilla Powder (#1534)
1/4 tsp. salt
Saigon Cinnamon (#3892)
Thompson Seedless Raisins (#1137) – optional
In a slow cooker mix together rice, sugar and 8 cups of the milk. Cook on High 3 hours. Beat together eggs, the remaining milk, vanilla and salt. Add to slow cooker and stir. Cook on High 25 – 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon and raisins.
