My boys love peanut butter and honey. So I decided to tweak the standard peanut butter ball recipe that calls for powder sugar and make a healthier snack. We use locally harvested honey because of all the health benefits that come along with it. This is a great recipe for a quick afternoon snack. It is loaded with protein that will hold little tummies over until meal time.
Ingredients
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup honey or agave syrup
1 cup powder milk
Instructions
Mix all ingredients until they form a crumbly, sticky mass. You want the dough to be able to stick together. Add a little more honey if you feel like it needs it. Roll into 1 inch balls. And enjoy.
