Rush Hour Chili

Since I am on the topic of beans here is a recipe.
3/4 lb extra lean ground beef
1 can (15 oz) kidney beans or your favorite beans
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
2 cups cold water
2 teaspons chili powder

In a 3 quart nonstick saucepan, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked; drain and rinse with hot water.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and simmer 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until not. Makes 4 servings.
