Divine Pumpkin Dessert


This recipe comes from Alison's Pantry.

Crust:
1 3/4 cup AP Classic Crème Cake & Muffin Mix (#1823)
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup chopped pecans (#3972), optional

Blend ingredients together and press into a lightly sprayed 9" x 13" pan.

Batter:
1/2 cup of a large can of pumpkin
1/2 cup brown sugar. heaping
2 eggs
2/3 cup canned milk

Mix together and pour over crust.

Topping:
1 cup AP Classic Crème Cake & Muffin Mix (#1823)
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice (#1012)

Cut butter into Classic Crème Cake & Muffin Mix. Add pumpkin pie spice. Blend well. Sprinkle over top of batter. Bake for 40–45 minutes at 350º. Serve with ice cream or whipped topping.
