Cranberry Salsa

Oh I love a good Cranberry recipe. This is so much better than the canned jellied Cranberry sauce.  Whip this up in your blender, grab a cracker and top it with cream cheese and add this yummy Cranberry salsa on top, and enjoy.  You'll want to add this to your Thanksgiving table.

Ingredients

12 oz. Wyman's frozen cranberries, or a package of fresh Cranberries
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1 bunch green onions, cut into 3 inch lengths
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
2 limes, juiced
3/4 cup white sugar
1 pinch salt

Instructions

Combine cranberries, cilantro, green onions, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, sugar, and salt in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a medium blade. Chop to medium consistency. Refrigerate if not using immediately. Serve at room temperature. This is delicious poured over a block of cream cheese and served with tortilla chips!
